Non-woody plants at the Falls

Over 270 plant species have been documented at the Falls. This field class will focus on the non-woody plants (trees and shrubs will be a later class). How do we identify plants? Which are native vs. invasive? How do the small-scale ecosystems at the Falls vary in plant species? Assistant property manager and botanist Brad Kessans will lead this volunteer training class. It is open to the public with a $2 program fee.
