LightFall: Aleuria | A Meditative Light and Sound Experience

Experience the Falls of the Ohio State Park in a New Light! Join us for an event showcasing an art installation by Annie Mitchell. She uses handcrafted fiber optics and rhythmic soundscapes and employs “brainwave entrainment,” a method that induces the brain’s frequency following response. Designed to be therapeutic, her work often results in meditative or even trance-like states. that will transform the iconic natural landmark.
LightFall is a place where art and nature collide to ignite our interest in, and love of, the natural spaces that have shaped the origins of our community. Designed in partnership with the Falls of the Ohio Foundation and River Heritage Conservancy, LightFall connects people to the historically significant landscapes of our river parks through art installations that inspire exploration and creativity. The experience will on display September 6,7 and 8 from 9:00pm to midnight.
Tickets are $20 per car and will be purchased for specific dates and time slots.
