 The 25th year for a special event at the Falls of the Ohio that focuses on fossils, geology and archaeology. Join us with refreshed collecting piles (social distancing with ticketed times and limits digging at one time), geology-themed craft activities, build-a-collection, archaeological activities, and more. Get your archaeology / prehistory questions answered by the Division of Historic Preservation & Archaeology. Outer fossil bed hike at 9:30 AM (river permitting) and short hikes hourly from 10 AM to 3 PM. Special reduced admission to the Interpretive Center for the event – $7 per person, child or adult. $2 pay-to-park behind the interpretive Center.
