Another Hike to the Dam

It was so popular we are offering this special opportunity again! This hike offers another perspective to exploring the Falls of the Ohio led by naturalist Mike Gibson. You will walk from below the Interpretive Center along the river’s edge to the McAlpine Dam. Explore the willow and mudflat ecosystems and look for fossils in places we rarely go. Hike route will depend on the river level that day. This free program will meet on the deck. Wear appropriate hiking footwear and bring water, binoculars and cameras.
