Events at the Park*

Special Events - Learn more details about 2013 Earth Day, Free Fishing Day, George Rogers Clark Days (new!), Ohio River Sweep, Family Fun Fair, Earth Discovery Day, Archaeology Day, and Rock the Rocks. We also host at Charlestown State Park including Raptor Day and Charlestown Under the Stars.

Calendar of Events and Programs - Check out our new calendar to discover what is happening. This includes volunteer workshops that are open to the public. (Note: This is a new calendar program and we will be updating the information for 2013 soon.)

Programs - Hikes, guest speakers, and non-full-day public prgrams are described here. The schedule of volunteer training programs open to the public will be added in November and December.

Foundation Summer Camps  - Descriptions of children's day camps sponsored by the Falls of the Ohio Foundation.

Temporary Exhibits  - Major temporary exhibits are not currently planned. We are developing new permanent exhibits slated for 2014. We have three display cases. In the hall are two exhibits: Color of Minerals and "Saved from the Grave: Fossils from a Louisville Area Cemetery" (from development of new land for burials, the Kenny Popp collection).
