Velociraptor was a small predator – under 7-feet tall fully grown. This dinosaur had fine feathers covering much of its body. It has been found in Mongolia, not in North America. Shortly after the movie was filmed, a larger Utahraptor was announced to be the same size as those scary beasts featured in the movie Jurassic Park.
