Group Volunteering and Service Learning Projects

at the Falls of the Ohio State Park

 

Volunteers help us keep the park clean.       High school and college students provide valuable help throughout the year.

     River Sweep volunteer group is ready to go!      College students from IUS pull garlic mustard.

The Falls of the Ohio State Park is a great place for scouts, school, college and civic groups to tackle service learning activities.

What do we need?

Volunteers work in gardenAnytime:

Trash pick up on fossil beds, trails and public areas

Invasive plants removal from our woods

Weeding flower beds

Trail clean-up / maintenance
